జయ గురు దత్త🙏🙏పరమ పూజ్య శ్రీ శ్రీ శ్రీ గణపతి సచ్చిదానంద స్వామీజీ వారి ఆశీస్సులతో మరియు పరమ పూజ్య శ్రీ శ్రీ శ్రీ దత్త విజయానంద తీర్ధ స్వామీజీ వారి అనుగ్రహముతో ఉచితంగా దత్త క్రియా యోగ Level 1 Basic Class ప్రతి నిత్యం ఉదయం 6.30am నిమిషాల నుండి 7.30 నిమిషాల వరకు Online Zoom యాప్ ద్వారా జరుగుతుంది (వివిధ నాడీ శుద్ధి వ్యాయామాలు, ఆసనాలు, ప్రాణాయామాలు, మానసిక క్రియలు,సూర్యనమస్కారాలు, ముద్రలు మరియు ధ్యానం వంటి వాటిలో ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణ)జూమ్ లింక్ 6.25 నిమిషాలకి open అవుతుంది

1. Classes will be conducted through Zoom App. 
2. You can download Zoom App if you do not have it. 
3. Teaching language is TELUGU. 
4. Classes will commence on 21.06.2023 and ends on 30.06.2023 
5. Time: Morning 6.30 am to 7.30 am (IST)every day.

1)సాధనకు అనుకూలమైన &nbsp;తెల్లని దుస్తులను ధరించాలి లేదా తెల్లని వస్త్రాన్ని పైన &nbsp;కప్పు కొనవలెను. 
2)సాధన సమయంలో Yoga mat /soft blanket ని ఉపయోగించాలి. 
3) తరగతులకు వచ్చే ముందు ముక్కు, గొంతు, ముఖము కాళ్ళు, చేతులు శుభ్రం చేసుకుని రావలెను. వీలైతే స్నానం చేయండి. 
4) Pen, Note book, Drinking water దగ్గర పెట్టుకోవలెను. 
5) తరగతిలో ఉన్న సమయంలో మీరు ఏ పేరుతో నమోదు అయ్యారో ఆ పేరునే మీ device screen మీద display చేయాలి. వేరేపేర్లను, బొమ్మలను ప్రదర్శించరాదు. 
6) తరగతి లోకి రాగానే మీ ఫోన్/device లో &nbsp;mic ను mute చేయవలెను. అవసరమైనపుడు మాత్రమే unmute చేయవచ్చు.
